Structured Counselling
An initial assessment is part of the process to ensure the support or counselling is right for you.
This may include:
- Short-term counselling
- High-intensity counselling
- Digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
- Referral or signposting to an alternative service for appropriate support
You can choose between face-to-face or virtual counselling, whatever feels most comfortable and fits into your schedule.
Who can access counselling?
- Counselling is available to all current and former grocery colleagues, as well as their spouses, partners, and any dependents living in the same household
