During your session with the counsellor they may recommend six sessions of structured counselling or high intensity counselling. This can be delivered face to face, online or on the telephone. This will be subject to an assessment to ensure the counselling we offer will be the appropriate pathway for you.

Short-term Structured Counselling

Counselling Support for your household

Funding is available for counselling with Relate who can support you with Relationship counselling as a couple, family counselling as well as specific counselling for children and young people.

If you care for a family member, including children, or are cared for by someone else, you can turn to us for emotional support.
