Megan joined GroceryAid in March 2025 to support the brand’s strategic development and raise awareness of welfare services for grocery colleagues.

Jane leads the Fundraising, Communications and Relationship Management teams, building industry support for the charity.

Alicia brings over 25 years of HR experience in the charity sector, focused on positive workplace culture and strong employee engagement.

Mandi is responsible for the charity’s welfare strategy and the delivery of our programmes of emotional, practical and financial support for grocery colleagues.

Cath delivers financial control, risk management and develops our human resources and IT infrastructure, policies and processes.
